CROSS SYSTEMS NAVIGATION™
We define Cross Systems Navigation™ as a process developed by the APIC Team to assess clinical need with an individual, family, and systemic based treatment perspective in order to identify and remove barriers to accessing appropriate levels of care. The goal of Cross Systems Navigation is to prevent avoidable penetration of systems and to maximize an individual’s developmental trajectory.
APIC will review and adjust medications to avoid exposure unnecessary polypharm whenever possible. Whenever possible, APIC consults with current primary care or psychiatric providers to assist them with prescribing medications.

PROVISION OF NON-TRADITIONAL RESPITE
APIC breaks down barriers to assist in obtaining respite, in-home services, and assisting families in meeting needs and reducing families stress.
We are available to speak at conferences, seminars, and school functions to inform the community about our services and to provide educational opportunities to improve the lives of this ever-growing population.
IN-HOME BEHAVIORAL ASSESSMENT AND SERVICES
APIC strives to assist in obtaining services through traditional avenues however we are able to support expedited in-home care to avoid system penetration
For all services, we carefully monitor progress and track success to improve services for our patients and provide real time feedback for their families and our agency partners.
